1 can peas with their liquid (be sure it's just plain peas and water and salt and maybe a bit of sugar)
about 1 Tbsp olive oil
about 2 Tbsp red onion (not cooked)
about 1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves
grated zest of 1/3 fresh organic lime
1 Tbsp plain yogurt (I love Brown Cow With Cream Top)
Taste and add a bit of salt if necessary.
