Légumes anciens de France

"Old-fashioned" vegetables as defined in a French ladies' magazine (Femme actuelle) from last year:
parsnips
Jerusalem artichokes
turnips
heirloom carrots
and similar

They put them into a closed pastry along with, bien sûr, foie gras and truffles! and parsley and butter.

Has anyone seen this 1931 French movie?
